This is one of the most popular areas at camp! Strap in and enjoy! Visit our track and see the surprises that are in store for you! Develop your driving skills on our paved track on the east campus. At the Phoenix – fun and safety truly go hand in hand.
Campers must show that they have the needed skills to qualify to get their very own Phoenix Ranch Driver’s License. Hone your driving skills on the various tracks and obstacle courses. Our karts have full frames and seat belts. Campers must be 8 years or older to test for their license. The youngest campers can take rides with counselors behind the wheel. Campers under age 8 are driven by the camp staff.
New this summer will be the opportunity for campers to digitally record their driving experience.
The staff is wonderful!
I love camp because I get to do things I don’t normally get to do
I loved camp as a camper because many times that was the only time you were able to see your friends that each went to a different school… you did the school year and then you looked forward to camp because you knew you would see your friends again
I love camp because it’s the place where a paper towel roll becomes a pirate’s telescope, a blue sheet becomes a raging river, a mustaches makes you into a villain, and 48 days becomes a lifetime of memories
I love camp because it’s fun. I love doing cool arts and crafts projects and going swimming
I love camp because it helps me create friendships and lasting memories that will last a lifetime with not only the campers but with other counselors as well!
My kids are smiling and ACTIVE!!!!
…Spencer adored Coyote Camp last year and he will be attending both camps this year. I loved that pictures were posted on Facebook each evening for all of us parents to enjoy. He was well taken care of and again, all of the staff have a vested interest in all of the campers. As a parent, that is very reassuring to me.
Love the way the camp is run and the new sleep over camp is an experience my son has been looking forward to and cannot wait to hear all about it. Great job!
I love camp because of how enthusiastic and crazy the campers and counselors get for camp activities
