In our Nature area our goal is to provide our campers with opportunities to learn about, explore and appreciate the wonders of our natural world.

We do this through programming that provides hands on activities, experiments, and real world applications. We present this programming in a fun and dynamic way through song, play and camp spirit.

Nature at Coyote Camp
We will once again be going to our Coyote Resident Camp near Lake Cachuma in the Santa Barbara Mountains and have our day and night hikes, nature scavenger hunt, do knot tying, a geocaching treasure hunt challenge, work with trying to make wildlife casting, and campfire storytelling of animal legends and tribal lore.
